From Portland Meadows:
Portland Meadows and the OHBPA is giving away over $40,000 this summer at our OTB Guest Appreciation Parties
Portland Meadows is packing up our bags and heading out to all of our off track betting facilities in Oregon to give away over $40,000 this summer! Sponsored in part by the Oregon HBPA, Portland Meadows will be hosting Guest Appreciation parties at all of our off track betting facilities. The first party at Alexander OTB in Fairview was a smashing success with a huge crowd turning out to watch and wager on the Night of Stars on July 2nd. The parties will all feature great specials, free cake, great betting from some of the top tracks in North America, fantastic prize giveaways, and most importantly….Mystery Vouchers!!
Mystery Vouchers are one of the most exciting ways for fans to cash in at Portland Meadows OTB’s and the best part is, they are totally free! Every fan who attends an OTB Guest Appreciation Party will receive a sheet of five Mystery Vouchers*, each voucher worth between $3 and $100. So each sheet is worth at least $15, and up to $500!! There will be one voucher for each of the next five days the OTB is open after the party. Guests simply need to peel off the voucher for the given day, take it to the teller at the OTB, and see what it’s worth. It’s that simple. And everyone is a winner!
The Big OTB tour will kick off with a tour of Southern Oregon with a party at JD’s Sports Pub in Grants Pass on Saturday July 31 from 5 to 8pm. The following day, the party will move south to Lava Lanes in Medford for a party from 11am to 2pm on Saturday August 1. Next up will be a weekend in and around Portland with a party on Saturday August 7 from 11am to 2pm at the Sky Jockey Sports Bar located at the Red Lion Hotel near Portland International Airport. The following day we will head down to the Keystone Kafe in Lake Oswego for a Sunday party on August 8 from 11am to 2pm.
The Guest Appreciation Parties really crank up the following weekend as we are in Salem at Players OTB for a Friday night party from 5pm to 8pm on August 13. The following day it will be both the Rialto in Downtown Portland and the Favorite Mistake in Albany partying from 11am to 2pm on Saturday August 14. Then on Sunday August 15th, it will be a huge party at the Copper Penny in east Portland from 11am to 2pm.
The following weekend will include another Friday night at the Rialto Tigard Poolroom and OTB from 5 to 8pm on August 20. The next day it will be Coach’s Best Bet in Beaverton and Trackstirs in Springfield both hosting parties from 11am to 2pm on Saturday August 21. The Summer OTB tour wraps up the following week with a party at Lava Lanes in Bend from 4 to 7pm on Friday August 27.
All told this summer, Portland Meadows and the OHBPA will give away over $40,000 in mystery vouchers this summer at an OTB near you. Make sure to get in on the action!
